Total Body Workout
Preparation Work: Perform 2 sets
- Backwards Lunge with Arm Raise: 10
- Push-Up Hold w/ 1 Arm Rotation: 5 each side
- Lower Abdominal: 10
- Rocking Bridge: 10
300 Workout: Perform 50 of each (no particular order)
- Wall Ball
- TRX/Ring Row
- Overhead Squats
- MB Close Grip Push-Ups
- Step-Ups (25 Each)
- Reverse Pull-Ups/Pull-Ups
