Total Body Workout
Friday Morning Fight Club at Paye’s: 1 Min Each Exercise x3 Exercises/Round= 3 Min -> Rest 1 Min–>Go to Next Round, etc for 6-9 Rounds
Warm-Up:
* Knee Slaps: 30s Each
* MB Semi Circle Drill: 30s
* MB Sit Up Toss: 15
Round 1
1. Forward Lunges with LT-RT Punch (Switch side after 30s)
2. Jump Rope
3. MB Supine Chest Pass
Round 2
1. Boxing LT-RT, Hook-Hook, Upper Cut-Upper Cut
2. T with Band
3. Dot Drills-30s Lead with Other foot
Round 3
1. BW Squats with Hook to Head
2. Sit Up Hold with MB Figure 8
3. Fat Man Row
