Total Body Workout

Core: Perform 2 sets of 1 min each in circuit

  1. Lower Ab with High Knee
  2. Bridge with Alt Leg Raise
  3. Plank with Alt. Leg Up
  4. Aquaman


Main Workout: Perform 3 sets of 1 min each in circuit

  1. Walking Low Lunge
  2. Crawl
  3. Matt Jumps
  4. Diamond Push-Ups
  5. Jumping Jacks
  6. TRX Rows
