Core-Cardio Workout
Pre-Workout: 2 Sets of 1 Minute
- Partner MB Back-To-Back Twists
- Partner Side MB Toss
Forward Jog- 4 Laps
Core and Cardio: 2-3 Rounds of 1 Minute
- KB Turkish Get Up-Sit Up
- Side Bends with Swiss Ball
- Wood Chops (H-L Pattern) on FM
- Cobra On Ball Hold with Shoulder External Rotations
- One Leg Bridge Raises on Disc
- Sled Two Hand Pull-Press Combo
30 Yard Sprints (3-5)
