Core-Cardio Workout

Pre-Workout: 2 Sets of 1 Minute

  1. Partner MB Back-To-Back Twists
  2. Partner Side MB Toss

Forward Jog- 4 Laps

Core and Cardio: 2-3 Rounds of 1 Minute

  1. KB Turkish Get Up-Sit Up
  2. Side Bends with Swiss Ball
  3. Wood Chops (H-L Pattern) on FM
  4. Cobra On Ball Hold with Shoulder External Rotations
  5. One Leg Bridge Raises on Disc
  6. Sled Two Hand Pull-Press Combo

30 Yard Sprints (3-5)
