Obstacle Course Around the Gym: 5-8 min
Workout of the Day: Perform the exercises below 2-3 times for 1 minute in circuit
1) Side Plank with Groin Hold (30s each side)
2) Roll Outs With Swiss Ball
3) Combo Crunch
4) Side Bend On Ball (30s each side)
5) TRX or Swiss Ball Leg Curls
6) Side Slalom
