Total Body Workout
Core Warm-Up: Perform the following exercise for 2 sets
- Lower Abdominal Scissors (20)
- Bridge with Leg Raise (30s each side)
- Side Lying Groin (30s each side)
- Plank-Side Plank on Elbow (60s)
Workout of the Day: Perform the exercises for one minute in a circuit 2-3 times
- Battle Ropes-Egg Beater
- Bent Over Rows
- Ladder Drills: In-In-Out-Out (Forward & Back)
- MB Push-Up -Alternate Right to Left
- MB Single Leg Deadlift
- Standing MB Wood Chops
