Obstacle Course Jog/Walk
Group CORE Work
- Get-Ups
Groups of 6: Perform each exercise for 1 min for 2-3 rounds
- V-Ups with Med Ball
- One Leg Bridge (30s each leg)
- Agility: Forward-Back Jumping Jack
- Lower Ab Curl with Ball-Hold Bar
- Reverse Hyper
- Agility: Side to Side Jump
- Seated Russian Twist with MB
- Push-Up Hold with Knee Up (30s each leg)
- Agility: Fwd-Back (switch lead foot after 30s)
