CORE-Cardio

Medicine Ball (MB) Day:

MB Lateral Shuffle & Carioca (4 Each)

Circuit: Perform the following exercises for 1 min for 2-3 rounds:

1. Partner Lower Abs with MB Btw Knees
2. Standing MB Chest Pass (Mix up Ball)
3. Standing MB Side Rotations (30s Each Side)
4. MB Over-Under (30s Each Side)
5. MB Indian Fighting (30s Each Side)
6. MB Superman
7. MB Sit-Ups (7-7-7)
8. MB Side Bend
