Challenge Day Friday
Fat Loss Challenge Day Total Body Workout
Each Friday we will have a challenge workout for you to test your fitness against others in the class or on the web across the country.
You can perform all the reps at one time or mix up the exercises.
Perform the following exercises for 3 rounds as fast as possible:
1. Jump Rope or Jump in Place:50
2. Alternating Step-Ups- 15
3. Towel Pull-Ups-6
4. Mat Elbow Crawl: 15
5. Disc or Bosu Body Weight Squats: 25
6. TRX or Ball Jack Knife/ Push-ups-10
7. Beam Climbs-10
8. Vertical Scissors-15
9. Aquaman-10
