Fat Loss Workout – Total Body Workout
Warm-Up: Perform 2 sets of the following exercises as quick as possible with good form:
1. High Toes/Down-Ups-30s
2. Forward Lunges-10
3. Single Leg Squat-10
4. Side Plank-Plank Combo-60s
5. Combo Crunch-60s
6. Aquaman-60s
WOD:Perform the following exercises for 1 min each for 2-3 rounds in circuit:
1. Pull-Up Assist
2. High Toe Drill/Down-Ups
3. Single Leg Mat Squat
4. Sandbag Sprint
5. Dips on Beam
6. MB Partner Lunge
