SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 06/14/2010

Fat Loss Workout – Total Body Workout

Warm-Up: Perform 2 sets of the following exercises as quick as possible with good form:

  1. Monster Walk-Fwd & Back- 5 Each
  2. Push-Ups-10
  3. Cross-Over Lunges-5
  4. Sit-Ups with Russian Twist-20
  5. Squats-10
  6. Aquaman-20

WOD: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 2-3 rounds

  1. Monster Walk-Fwd & Back with Band
  2. Plate Bent Over Rows
  3. High Pull with Sandbag
  4. Chest Press with TRX
  5. Battle Ropes
  6. Cross-Over Lunges
  7. 4 Cone Mirror Drill
  8. Trampoline Movements
