Fat Loss Workout – Total Body Workout
Warm-Up: Perform 2 sets of the following exercises as quick as possible with good form:
- Monster Walk-Fwd & Back- 5 Each
- Push-Ups-10
- Cross-Over Lunges-5
- Sit-Ups with Russian Twist-20
- Squats-10
- Aquaman-20
WOD: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 2-3 rounds
- Monster Walk-Fwd & Back with Band
- Plate Bent Over Rows
- High Pull with Sandbag
- Chest Press with TRX
- Battle Ropes
- Cross-Over Lunges
- 4 Cone Mirror Drill
- Trampoline Movements
