Word of the Week: THANKFUL

The word of the week is Thankful! Thankful is feeling or expressing gratitude; appreciative. Tis the season for expressing Thankfulness. I hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend with family & friends. I am thankful to have spent quality time with my family over the last few days, but I do my best to be thankful everyday and it makes my days so much better! There is so much to be thankful for when you focus on all that you have instead of all that you don’t have.

Thankful Challenge of the Week:

Reflect on things that you are thankful for by either thinking about them or writing them down. I prefer journaling. 

  • Good: Consider being thankful at some point in the future  🙂
  • Better: Pause life, Breathe and Reflect on what you are thankful for by thinking about all the goodness in your life!
  • Best: Love and connect with those that fill you up and avoid those who deplete you. Contribute to the well-being of another.
