When I was growing up, I used to make all sorts of bonehead moves at the gym.

I mean, think about the gym you’re at right now…

There are plenty of people walking in, and looking around at all the machines with that overwhelmed look on their face.

They take their favourite energy and concentration pills, and load up on energy – whether it’s caffeine or something stronger..

Then they start…

They go after it…and go after it HARD!

Well, that was me…back before I knew I was committing some of the worst mistakes that limited my performance and put the brakes on any changes in my body.
