Water is super important. It keeps your body functioning as it should. It also helps fill up your stomach so you’re not as hungry. This makes it easier to stick to your meal plans. If you’re a 200-pound person, shoot for a gallon of water a day. If you’re a 100-pound woman, aim for half a gallon a day. To figure out your water intake, grab a calculator if needed and starting drinking that water!
