In this coaching call, Dr. Heidi Dulay, opens up her book of surprises, and acquaints us in how to customize and prep meals ahead. These time-saving ideas provide the foundation to create a plan that suits you nutritionally, saves you time, and keeps you focused on your health & fitness goals.

- Kitchen Inventory: Cooking appliances will help determine your recipes. What’s in your kitchen?
- Selecting Recipes: The focus on appliances, combined with your individual palate. Are you a fruit, veggie, or meat lover?
- Sales: Taking advantage of sales and farmers markets can save you money in the long run.
- Staples: Stock your pantry and fridge with the list of necessary staples given in the call.
Planning meals is much easier to do in bulk, than it is to create meals on a daily basis. This is certainly true if you live an energetic, busy lifestyle, or even to assist in nutritional, or fitness goals. I am very excited to share this coaching call with you. Meal prep can be simple if you have the right knowledge, and tools.

Dr Heidi Dulay has been a clinical nutritionist for twenty years, specializing in weight loss, intermittent fasting and personalized nutrition. She was Adjunct Professor of Health Education at John F Kennedy University for ten years and is Nutrition Chair for the California Health Medical Reserve Corps. She earned her doctorate at Harvard University in human development, and a masters in science at Stanford.
She is currently working on an iPhone app for healing herb blends and is writing Eating 911, a book that answers the question many have asked her over the years: “What should I eat?”
