Our FREE Community Thanksgiving Workouts are coming!​​​

Before you hang with your family and friends, join us for our FREE Annual Community Afterburn Workouts on Thanksgiving from 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM or 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM at Carlmont High School.

Be sure to bring all your Thanksgiving friends and guests!

Here is an update on our Group Personal Training schedule for this week…

  • Wednesday, 11/27 – Normal morning sessions- evenings canceled at both locations.
  • Thursday, 11/28 – 8:30 am & 9:30 am @ Carlmont High School Track
  • Friday, 11/29 – Harbor Location Only: 6:45 am, 7:30 am, 8:15 am & 9 am
  • Normal Saturday and Sunday Hours. Sunday Yoga with Lori is on! Bring a friend to Yoga for FREE.
