The word of the week this week is Momentum.Momentum is defined as the strength or force gained by motion or by a series of events. Last week our word of the week was Action.

Taking action once is a great start to something more, but with consistent action you get momentum.

In what area of your life do you need to be more consistent to experience momentum?
