Q. Can I buy just a trial of one or two sessions before committing to the boot camp?

This gives you the opportunity to experience some of the specifically structured boot camp sessions at the location of your choice (or multiple locations). The boot camp program is different each day based upon the purpose/program design/structure of each week and what we did the previous week. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are total body, high intensity days. High intensity is relative to what you can do. We always offer modifications and can easily make the movements more intense or less intense based upon confidence, skill, fitness or injury.

Q. What makes your boot camp classes different from what I can get in personal training at my local gym?
A. My boot camp sessions are highly structured, metabolic workouts (they will increase your metabolism so you burn a lot of calories both during the workout and post workout up to 48 hours later) and designed by me to achieve weight loss and fat loss in a short period of time. In addition, the movements within the workouts are beneficial for those who want to increase activities of daily living (ADL’s), performance at work and sport. Not everyone in the program wants to lose weight or body fat. Modifications can be made for those who want to gain or maintain weight or body fat.

For over 20 years I have focused on personal training. My personal training rate is $200 per hour. After working with thousands of people all over the world I learned that although we are all unique, there are some key ways to speed up the conditioning process and to deliver a safe and less expensive exercise program option to a variety of populations. Most don’t need a personal trainer.

Based upon our unique fitness model, our coaches will  modify and adapt the workouts for all members, regardless of their current fitness level. They are not training sessions in the sense of showing you just how to work particular machines. You will remember the training principles and exercises that you learn in the program. The movements and techniques learned in the boot camp program will allow you to reduce stress, injuries and be more efficient in daily life outside of the workouts.

A. We have different options for membership costs depending on if you pay month-to-month or commit for a longer term (which most of my clients do.)

Q. What is the difference between the 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Program and the 21 Day Detox Program?
A. The 21 Day Detox Program is a nutrition-based strategy with a focus on resetting the body by changing lifestyle habits. No exercise training. This program includes product support for detoxification purposes. I do this with people all over the world.
