This session will incorporate a focus on breathing, spinal mobility, strength & balance, dynamic flexibility and whole body movements.
She has a minor in dance from the University of Kansas. Her degree is in biology & chemistry. She has Pilates-Mat certification from Fitour & Stott’s, NETA & Pilates Reformer certification from NETA. She is currently working on completing her Balanced Body Pilates certification program on line. She finished the mat & reformer 1 & 2.
