2014 Holiday Transformation Challenge Starts Today!

The 2014 Holiday Transformation Challenge starts today. If you haven’t signed up yet…why not? If you are looking to lose body fat and weight I am making it simple for you. Not only could you reach your goals before the holidays, but you could also win $1000. You can start the challenge today or any time after; however, you will not get a full 75 days. You could theoretically win with only 21 days, but for most people, more time the better for transformation.

The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet Saturday, October 11th at 7:30 am.Take Edgewood exit off I-280; right (west) on Edgewood to dead end at Canada Blvd.  Park on the left of Edgewood.. Please invite your friends and family for this free community workout. We will do between 4-5 miles. You can do more or less, walk, jog or sprint 🙂
