Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches
Perform the following exercises for 1 min as fast or as challenging as possible with good form for 3 Rounds:
1. TRX Biceps Curls –> TRX Triceps Extension (30s Each)
2. Wall Squat Hold
3. Push-Up Hold with One Arm Rotation (30s Each)
4. MB Backwards Rotation (30s each)
5. Ropes: Single Wave Get-Ups (30s each side)
6. Walking Lunges with MB Rotation
7. 5 Cone Lateral M Drill
Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
