Lateral Skip with Trail Leg Twist-2
Hop Scotch-2
Hop Scotch with 1 Foot In-2
CORE: Perform 2-3 Rounds
Reverse Wood Chops w/ Plate-15
Wood Chops w/Pulley-15
LA over Ball-10-15
Db Side Bend-15
Reverse Back Extension on Glute Ham-15
Wheel Roll Out-10
Jog/Walk: 1/2 Mile
