Warm-Up: Perform the following exercises for approximately 30s each:
1 .Walking Lunges:5
2. Close Grip Push-Ups:5
3. SAQ Warm-Up: Forward Jog-Backwards Jog-Lateral Shuffle-Carioca-Weave-Zig-Zags : 5 min
Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 30 s for 4 rounds
1. TRX Roll Out on Knees
2. 5-10-5 Agility Drill
3. Battle Ropes Two Man War – Kneeling
4. Sandbag Walking Lunges
5. MB Close Grip Push-Ups
6. Mat One Leg Squat (15s each)
