Menlo Park Boot Camp Core-Cardio Workout of the Day 6/25
5 Min Jog
Perform each exercise for 1 min for 3 rounds:
1. TRX: Standing Roll Out Crunch
2. Battle Ropes: Standing Rotation (30s) *Boxing Combinations (30s)
3. Bosu: Kneeling Quadruped Elbow to Knee (30s Each Side)
4. Ladder or Line Drill: In-In-Out-Out (30s Leading With Each Foot)
5. Swiss Ball: Leg Curls (30s) and Bridges (30s)
6. Ladder or Line Drill: Forward-Forward-Back –Back (30s Leading With Each Foot)
7. Combo Crunch with Basketball *Crunch with basketball *Pace in between feet and then grab ball and bring back down to ground lying
Cool Down: Static Stretching
