Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches
Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 3 rounds (1 minute each):
- TRX Pike
- Speed Ladder-Icky Shuffle (30s leading with each foot)
- Partner Lower Ab Curl Up with BB Btw Knees
- Partner Knee Slaps (30s each as the leader)
- Battle Ropes: 1 Arm Rotation on 1 Foot
- Jump Rope
- Swiss Ball Russian Twists
- MB Lateral Shuffle Against Wall (30s each side)
- Glider Plank Pendulum
