Boot Camp Menlo Park 3/8/12- 30 Minute Core Cardio Workout
Warm-Up (Stretches) (10 min)
Perform the following exercises for 1 min as fast or as challenging as possible with good form for 3 Rounds. Group the campers into 4 per group-many of the exercises are partner related.
1. TRX Plank Lateral Swing
2. Pass & Follow *3 cones in triangle – 4 people per triangle *Keep fingers open
3. Lower Ab Partner Curl with BB Btw Knees
4. Softball Semi Circle-30s each *Keep feet moving for both partners
5. MB Partner Russian Twist (Increase Rotations Each Side Up to 1 Minute) with Sit Up
6. Ropes: Lateral Step with Chop- 30s each
7. BB Superman Toss *Relax Shoulders
8. Ladder-In-In-Out-Out-30s leading with each foot *Relax heels
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
