Boot Camp Menlo Park 3/17/12- Full Body Workout
Warm-Up (Stretches & Review Movements Below (15 min)
Perform the following exercises for 25-30 min as fast as possible with good form. You can mix up the order as needed/desired as you choose.
- Bosu Side Steps with MB Pass: 10 each side
- TRX One Arm Row with Rotation with Plate Push: 10 each side
- Deck Squats: 10
- Battle Ropes: Lateral Shuffle with Alternating Wave: Fatigue
- Swiss Ball Push-Ups: 10 *Feet On Bench *Hold for 30-60s as optional exercise
- SB Clean & Front Squat: 10
- Modified Superman: 10
- Line Drill: Fwd- Fwd- Back- Back: 10 both directions
Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
