Personal Training Menlo Park Boot Camp 5/5/12- Cinco De Mayo Workout
Warm-Up & Review Movements Below in WOD (10 min)
Dynamic Warm-Up-Line Drills: 5 min
- Jog, Shuffle, Carioca, Skips, Weave, Zig-Zags
- Walking Backwards Lunges: 10 Each Side
- Straight Leg Touch: 5 Each
- Dynamic Spiderman: 5 Each
- Long Jump: 10 Each
Perform each exercise for 50s in a circuit for 3 rounds:
- Battle Ropes: Double Wave with Lateral Shuffle (25s) *Partner Holds Rope
- Bench Crunch *Lock
- Partner Pull-up (25s each) *Butt out for standing person
- Prisoner Split Squat Jump ( 25s each side)
- Mountain Climber in Low Push Up Position *Rest as needed- very tough *Bend elbows and get low
- Ankle Band Monster Walk-Fwd (25s) Back (25s)
- Plate Floor Press *Lock
- Swiss Ball Leg Curls
Finish with Ultimate Frisbee for 5-10 Min
Circle Time: Cool down & stretch (5 minutes)
