As a parent of a 4 & 6 year old I find myself constantly saying “NO”!
When I reflect on the situation, most of the time I should have said something different.
Being a parent is one of the hardest things I have ever done, but as many of you know…the most rewarding.
Martin Rooney put out a great post “5 Things To Stop (And Start) Telling Your Kids”
Here is one of my favorite quotes by Martin “A friend told me our kids are travelers on this journey called life and for a while, we are their guide. They all carry a backpack throughout life that will be eventually filled with the things they learned and experienced along the way. Our job as parents is to fill that backpack. It is my hope that this blog offers a little tip or insight to help you make sure you are putting the right stuff in the pack.”
