If you are wondering where I have been, I have been held captive at Date with Destiny with Anthony Robbins. I was isolated and focused for 75 hours in 6 days & nights, with an average of 3-4 hours of sleep and little food. It was basically a mental-emotional boot camp 🙂
I could talk to you about what I learned for hours; however, one key take away is why some people have success and other don’t. This success thing would be an important concept to master, right?
Tony said the single most important ingredient in those who are successful is HUNGER.
Be hungry and stay hungry! Easier said than done, right?
Tony talks a lot about being in Peak State to make this happen. See a model for this below.

I know many of you are deciding whether or not to complete this process. You MUST regardless of your results. Many are operating on a faulty blueprint for life with the primary question “I am not good enough.” You are good enough, you just don’t realize it at this time. This has been my blueprint for life, so I can relate. Sometimes the faulty operating system works, but it’s the hard way for sure. It’s also not sustainable. Your thyroid and adrenals will wear out on the journey.
If you don’t complete the process you are fulfilling the story you are already telling yourself and making it even more difficult to accomplish success in the future. Anything is better than nothing. Trust me on this. I have been doing this for almost 25 years.
If you had challenges list them. Challenges are opportunities for growth. Everyone has challenges, but some are hungrier for success than others. What are you hungry for in life? I bet you are successful in that area.
Do your best to find some good in the essay. It’s there. Maybe your diet wasn’t the best but you did a great job with the exercise.
It is ideal to do this process in a positive peak state, otherwise you will have trouble finding the good. So, after a workout where you get your heart rate up try this process. You only need a few minutes to get into your peak state. It could be jumping up & down for 30s and saying “YES”…a positive word. I know you can do this. Are you in? Say, “YES!”
