Servings: 6-8
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium Cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium Jicama, sliced
- 1 large Mango (semi-ripe, chopped)
- 1 large Cucumber (chopped)
- 1/3 large red Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro (finely chopped)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Lemon juice
- Cayenne pepper
- Celtic sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Gradually add Extra Virgin olive oil, apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Cayenne and Celtic Sea Salt (amounts according to your taste) to the chopped vegetables.
This salad goes great with fish!
