We are going to play dress up on Friday & Saturday at boot camp sessions. Please wear a costume and let’s have some fun. The client who wins the costume contest will get HALF OFF the next month’s boot camp.
Don’t stress about the costume. How about a sports jersey, fun hat, etc?
Saturday, Oct. 31st 8 and 9 am sessions will be moved to the Carlmont High Football Field in Belmont. This will be a FREE community PUMPKIN workout.
Dress up, bring the kids, friends and BYOP (Bring Your Own Pumpkin) for a one of a kind Pumpkin Workout! This is going to be a workout to remember.
