Transformation Challenge Additional Travel/Home Workouts

Traveling and Can’t Access Our Live Workouts???
If you need to travel or can’t make it in to see us I got you covered so you still get your 3 workouts in for the week.

Ideally, you would workout more than 3 days per week and do your best to accumulate at least 30 minutes of movement per day and at least 10,000 steps (use your phone to track or another fitness tracking device).

Option 1: To keep it simple just do at minimum 30 or if possible…5 minutes of burpees.
