Last Thursday, we had an OUTSTANDING Online Group Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching Program with my guest speaker Sina Nader.
Sina is the founder and CEO of SWAN Sleep Solutions, a company dedicated to helping the employees of forward-thinking corporations get better sleep in a medically-validated way. He has over 13 years of experience in the field of sleep diagnostics and treatments. And if you are wondering, he averages about 7.8 hours of sleep per night.
I received a number of emails after the session stating how great it was and the desire to schedule him again for another session.
If you are getting less than 7 hours sleep each night, I highly recommend you listen to the coaching session with Sina: Sleep Talk – The SWAN Approach
Did you know:
- 50 – 70 million Americans have a clinical sleep disorder, according to the CDC.
- Good quality sleep is probably the most important factor in overall wellness. Every single system in your body is affected.
- Interestingly enough sleep has a greater influence for weight loss, reducing belly fat and improving health than both nutrition and exercise.
- Wearable technology to improve sleep is an emerging business; however, none of these will fix a sleep disorder.
We have a number of articles on how to improve sleep on my website and many are from Sina. See the articles here: Sleep More to Lose More (Weight & Other Health Problems)
See Sina’s slides from the talk below. If the PDF document below does not load, try using an alternate browser program to reach this URL, or you may use this link and view/download the file.

I would love to hear your feedback. Did you learn anything new? Do you have a sleep disorder? Do you have anything to share that can help others with sleep disorders?
Your friend & coach,
Brien
