Happy Almost Spring!
It was (and still is) a beautiful day here in the bay area! What a great way to start the week and begin daylight savings. Year after year, I get an abundance of new and returning coaching clients soon after daylight savings begins.
It has already started this week when I checked my email.
I am super excited to help even more people look and feel their best with my award winning programs. For those of you morning exercisers, it will be way easier to wake up tomorrow and get your workout in.
