Are You Up For a 75 Day Transformation Challenge to Keep You Motivated Over The Holidays?

Happy Monday, October 1st!

The final quarter of the year is here.

Reflect with me for a couple minutes.

How are you doing so far in 2012 with your health & fitness goals?

If you are on track with your goals, great job! If not, it is not too late. There is a lot that can change in 3 months.

Many of the before and after transformations you have seen on my site and on TV only took 12 weeks to accomplish.

I have a challenge for you…given the holidays are coming up a downward spiral is likely.

How about committing to my new 75 Day Transformation Challenge starting October 8th, so you will stay motivated over the holidays and maybe even win $1000 in the process?

Only 75 days, so you can finish on December 21st to let go and have some fun for Christmas.

Details on the Transformation Challenge will be released on Tuesday. Stay tuned.

More updates:

  • New classes start today in Menlo Park and I am excited to get some updates. Please send me your feedback.
  • Alicia will be teaching on Mondays and Wednesdays in Belmont at 6 am with me, so I am now opening the class back up to accommodate more people. The class has been sold out for most of the year.
  • Alicia has committed to teaching at Belmont Boot Camp Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 5:15 am starting Oct. 15th. We are still waiting for approval from San Mateo Gymnastics, but until then please share this new possible time with your friends and family members.
  • New Boot Camp Foundations Class starting Saturday, October 13th @ 9 am at my studio in Belmont. This class is FREE for boot camp members. It is for those who want to focus on the foundations of the movements we perform in the weekly program. We will begin with the importance of self-massage and give you a self-massage foam roll routine. You will then perform a dynamic flexibility program, core program and a workout of the day. We will slow things down and go over breathing, ideal posture, the 3 B’s (belly, butt, bladder engagement), core traning, tempo of training, placement of loads, sandbag training, trx training, battle ropes and more. Each class will have a different workout of the day just like the weekly program; however, the class is designed to “educate” you rather than just give you another workout.
