Boot Camp Fitness San Carlos 4/25/12-  TABATA Training
Dynamic Warm-Up: 10 Min
Exercise Review (5 min):
  • Split Squats with Press-5-10 each side
  • Forward-Backwards Lunges- 5 each side
  • Push-Ups-5-10
  • Mountain Climber-10 each side
  • Square Drill-2 *Do around gym

Perform each exercise for 20s with 10 s rest for 6-8 sets total. Do all 6-8 sets before moving to next exercise
1.     Plate Split Squat Press (20s each side) *Avoid going straight up for those with shoulder/neck issues *Shoot for eye angle *3 B’s
2.     Square Drill-Fwd, Shuffle, Back, Shuffle
3.     TRX  Chest Press *Get Low
4.     Jumping Pull-Ups *Neutral Grip *Toes Up To Avoid Calf Strain *Seated Band Rows with Spinal Flex/Ext in RWC & Menlo
5.    SB Forward-Backwards Lunges *Perform 4 Sets on Each Side *Use Weight As Tolerated *Stop in Center to Descend Movement *3 B’s
6.     MB Side Facing Trunk Rotations *Eyes on wall *Heavy Ball *Explode- Max Effort
7.     Matt Push *Stay low *Butt down  *One person at a time *Arms Straight In Line with Ears
Circle Time-Cool Down Stretches: 5 min
