Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches

Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 3 rounds (1 minute each):

  1. TRX Pike
  2. Speed Ladder-Icky Shuffle (30s leading with each foot)
  3. Partner Lower Ab Curl Up with BB Btw Knees
  4. Partner Knee Slaps  (30s each as the leader)
  5. Battle Ropes: 1 Arm Rotation on 1 Foot
  6. Jump Rope
  7. Swiss Ball Russian Twists
  8. MB Lateral Shuffle Against Wall (30s each side)
  9. Glider Plank Pendulum
