Boot Camp San Carlos 3/7/12- TABATA Fat Burning Workout
Warm-Up:
- Squats: 15
- Jumping Jacks: 20
- Jumps onto Toes: 15
- Push-Ups: 10
- Reverse Wood Chops: 10 each side
- Forward jog, lateral shuffle, backpedal: 3 min
TABATA: Perform each exercise for 20s with 10 s rest for 8 sets total, one after the other
- Sandbag Squats *Place Sandbag On Shoulder *Alt. sides each set
- 4 Cone Cross-Over Agility Drill *See X Drill: *2 people per set of cones
- Plate/DB Dynamic Reverse Wood Chops *4 each side *Key is to rotate
- Side Step with Opposite Hand to Foot Touch *Stay Low
- High Knees Down-Ups Push-Up *Perform 2 high knee runs on each sideà go down to pushup position and perform push-upà repeat (Push-Up/Jack Knife in Video) *Goal is to explode up *No push-ups for those with shoulder issues- just plank as needed.
- Matt/Bench Jumps *Start with hands up and finish with them up *Step ups as needed
- Fat Man Wide Rows *Get low *TRX in RWC/Menlo Park
