WOD: Perform the following exercises as fast as possible with good form for 25 minutes. Do as many rounds as possible.

1.TRX Push-Up Jack Knife: 10

2.Prisoner Split Squat Jump: 10 Each Side

3.BB Fat Man Row: 10

4. Burpees with One Foot: 5 Each Side

5.Combo Crunch: 10 Each Side

6.  Ball Lower Ab Curl: 10

7. Sprinters Waling Lunge: 10 Each Side

8.Pulley Reverse Wood Chops with Pivot: 10
