CSM Baseball Workout #2 – 9/17/10: Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Performance with Brien Shamp

Fall Baseball Workout #2

Group Core: Perform the following circuit for 1 min for 2 rounds:

1. 4 Pt Tuck (5-10s Hold)

2. Lower Abdominal

3. Bridge with Leg Crossover (Hold 2s)

4. Cobra (6s Hold)

5. Supine Chops

Circuit: Perform 2-3 Rounds for 1 minute each (9 stations, 6 people at each)

1. One Leg Box Squat (30s each side)

2. Plate Floor Press

3. Side Lunge with Touch

4. Reverse Pulldowns (Assisted by Feet)

5. Power Jacks

6. Pull & Rotate (30s each side)

7. MB Side to Side Rotations

8. Get-Up and Go *Stay Low
