Do you go to the JIM every morning?

This got me thinking about your bowel movements 🙂

Are you regular?

It is very hard to lose body fat, weight and achieve ideal health & vitality without regular bowel movements.

Some believe that you should have 3 bowel movements a day!

However, if you ask most medical doctors they will say that is a load of crap ( 🙂 )and that once every few days is perfectly fine. I have also heard some docs say it is not a medical necessity until 7 days without a bowel movement.

7 days without bowel elimination sounds very painful to me, but so does every other day, which is a common response I hear from my clients.

Inquiring about bowel health (# of eliminations per day, color, odor, length and quality of stools (loose, hard, undigested food within) is very important for understanding what’s going on with one’s physiology.

If someone wants to lose weight and reduce body fat, it is unlikely they will find any exercise program to work if they are constipated.

Exercise, like coffee may help some to achieve elimination, but there is generally a lot more that needs to be addressed.

Constipation is one of the most common health ailments that affects people of all ages. Although, it is not a life-threatening disease, there are many side effects that may cause problems to your health:

  • Weight/Fat Gain
  • Fungal/Bacterial/Parasite Breeding Ground
  • Loss of Appetite
  • Infrequent and Painful Bowel Movements
  • Bloating/Constipation/Gas
  • Distended Abdomen
  • Abdominal Pain & Cramping
  • Difficulty in Evacuating the Bowel
  • Skin Issues
  • Nausea & Headaches
  • Passing Hard & Dry Stool
  • Foul Breath and Bad Mouth Taste
  • Hemorrhoids and Anal Fissures
  • Fecal Impaction
  • Weakened Immune System
  • Lethargy, Fatigue, Mood Swings
  • Sleep Disorders

Take a look at your BM’s. If your bowel movements seem off in anyway, your body is telling you something is wrong.

When you have 2-3 bowel movements per day, you will look and feel better than ever!
