Drop Two Pant Sizes in Less Than 4 Weeks

Whenever I talk to my clients about what I can help them with, what I hear most often is to how to help them lose fat and inches from around the waist and hips. I hear that even more than the standard “I want to lose weight.”

You know there’s something special about fitting into a smaller pair of jeans, which is why I created a short 4-week fitness program that will make you lose AT LEAST two sizes (maybe even more) in only 28 days. Many of my clients have come to me after working out at big impersonal corporate box gyms, trying different weight loss programs, and weird diets only to find the only thing lost was hope (because they for sure didn’t lose weight or inches.) Don’t get me wrong, this program does require you to work out and you’ll workout as hard as you can, but you only need to commit 3 times per week for about 45-50 minutes at a time (we will warm-up for 10-15 minutes, complete a 30 minute main workout of the day and cool down for an additional 5 minutes).

There’s a special way of working out that causes your body to burn up to twice the fat in half the time. It’s known as H.I.T.T. or high intensity interval training and this type of fitness program produces amazing fat loss. It works so well in fact, that we call it the “Afterburn” effect. Using the H.I.I.T. training program means not having to workout for hours at a time, boring ineffective “cardio” or going on super low calorie diets. Like I said, there’s no dieting or starving involved, just good sensible eating which I’ll teach you about and the fun, high energy 30 minute workouts that we deliver here at Brien Shamp’s Fit Body Boot Camp.

It’s a 28-day fat loss and fitness program designed to melt at least TWO PANTS SIZES off of you. The workouts take place at one of 4 locations on the peninsula under the watchful eye of my certified fitness coaches.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday workouts are designed to put you into the coveted “Afterburn” which is a state of having an elevated metabolism for well over 20 hours after your workout (the “Afterburn” is the real reason you’ll burn maximum fat). If you come to a Tuesday or Thursday session you will experience our core-cardio recovery days. In addition, these are days to work on flexibility, mobility and posture which is often needed for those of us who sit most of the day for work.

To help you get the most out of this 28-day program we’re going to give you a nutrition plan to follow as well so there is no guessing on what to eat and how much to eat. You will have access to a nutrition and life coach for questions, support, and be a part of our supportive community.

Basically you’ll just follow the program and you’ll see that you’re no longer bloated and you will know that the foods you’re eating are helping you lose maximum inches where it counts most.
