Enjoy The Long Weekend (No Programs Saturday or Monday)

Hey there,

The week is almost over and the long weekend is coming!

Are you doing anything exciting?

I will be hanging with the family in the Bay Area and I am praying for sunshine. I am not taking any chances after last year’s fiasco. Last Memorial Day weekend I went camping with the family and there was a torrential storm. It was cold and wet and we left early to salvage the weekend.

Those that know me get that I am not really a camper. The closest thing I got to camping when I was a kid was a Motel. My Mother didn’t like dirt and bugs, so no camping for me. I did spend lots of time at Macy’s, so if you ladies need any shoe advice let me know.

Don’t forget there are no Boot Camp Programs on Saturday or Monday. Tomorrow’s workout should make up for the loss and you should be in recovery mode for a few days. Enjoy the recovery and we will start back strong on Tuesday, May 29th.
