Fit Body Fat Burner
Set your “Countdown” timer for 30 minutes. You will complete as many reps as you can in 30 minutes. You MUST complete the TOTAL amount of reps of each exercise before moving onto the next.
- 100 Lateral Lunges (50/50)
- Skater Jumps
- 75 Down Dog to Cobra Pose
- 50 Single Leg Hops (each)
- 25 Push-Ups
