The word of the week is GRIND! Grind is the action when you work your ass off and GSD (get shit done). Sleeping, eating, drinking and being social are not important, when it comes to grinding.
It’s all about the grind!
There is a time and a place to grind. Do keep in mind that we can only grind so long before we need to rest and recover from the grind.
Do you need to grind? If you have been putting off something that is important it may be your time to grind!
