Menlo Park Boot Camp Total Body Workout of the Day 9/24- FREE Community Boot Camp
Stationary Dynamic Stretches: 10 min
Dynamic Warm-Up-Line Drills: 10 min
- Jog, Shuffle, Carioca, Skips, Weave, Zig-Zags
- Walking Sprinters Lunges: 10 Each Side
- Straight Leg Tough: 5 Each
- Dynamic Spiderman: 5 Each
- Long Jump: 10 Each
Perform each exercise for 60s in a circuit for 3 rounds:
- Burpee In-Out with Push-Up
- Bench Crunch
- Partner Pull-up (30s each)
- Prisoner Split Squat Jump ( 30s each side)
- Mountain Climber (30s) Low Push Up Position (30s)
- Monster Walk-Fwd (30s) Back (30s) Finish with Ultimate Frisbee for 10 Min
Cool Down: Static Stretching
