Menlo Park Boot Camp Total Body Workout of the Day 9/24- FREE Community Boot Camp

Stationary Dynamic Stretches: 10 min

Dynamic Warm-Up-Line Drills: 10 min

  1. Jog, Shuffle, Carioca, Skips, Weave, Zig-Zags
  2. Walking Sprinters Lunges: 10 Each Side
  3. Straight Leg Tough: 5 Each
  4. Dynamic Spiderman: 5 Each
  5. Long Jump: 10 Each

Perform each exercise for 60s in a circuit for 3 rounds:

  1. Burpee In-Out with Push-Up
  2. Bench Crunch
  3. Partner Pull-up  (30s each)
  4. Prisoner Split Squat Jump ( 30s each side)
  5. Mountain Climber (30s) Low Push Up Position (30s)
  6. Monster Walk-Fwd (30s) Back (30s) Finish with Ultimate Frisbee for 10 Min

Cool Down: Static Stretching
