Menlo Park Boot Camp Workout 7/9- Try This Total Body Workout for 30 Min and Burn Over 500 Calories

Menlo Park Boot Camp Total Body Workout of the Day 7/9-FREE Community Boot Camp

Dynamic Warm-Up: 15 min

Perform each exercise for the recommended reps for 30 min:

1.    TRX 1 Arm Row with Rotation: 10 Each

2.    Battle Ropes: Power Jacks: 20

3.    Bosu: Side Steps: 20 Each

4.    Jog/Walk with MB: 2 Laps

5.    Swiss Ball: Back Ext: 20

6.    Swiss Ball: Crunches: 20

7.    Speed Ladder: High Knees: 4 Each

8.    Push-Up Hold with 1 Arm Rotation: 10 Each

9.    Single Leg Deadlifts: 10 Each

Cool Down: Static Stretching
