New Belmont Studio Opening May 1st!

Today is the last day of the first quarter. How is your 2014 going? Are you where you want to be with your fitness and health? If not, reply back to this email and let’s create a plan to achieve your goals in 2014.

As many of you know I have been looking for a new Belmont Studio for some time. We finally found one at 601 Harbor in Belmont. I am excited for a May 1st Grand Opening at 5:30 am. We will continue to have sessions at San Mateo Gymnastics in Belmont at 6 & 7 am. We will add updates on theShamp’s Boot Camps Facebook Page on the transition and new location.

Team Shamp and the San Mateo Firefighters had a good climb on Saturday at the Fight for Air Climb in SF.  No one should struggle to breathe. If you are able, please make a donation to the American Lung Association to support our FIGHT FOR AIR. Thank you for joining this important fight for children with asthma, teens who are pressured to start smoking, people with lung cancer and emphysema, and everyone who wants to breathe healthy air in our communities. The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet April 5th  (7:30 am) at the Cross Country Trail off Ralston in Belmont: Directions

We will do between 4-8 miles. You can do more or less, walk, jog or sprint 🙂

We started a NEW 8:30 am session at the Burlingame Boot Camp two weeks ago. The program is held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and is currently a small group. Coach Tonya is leading the group. You can join the NEW Burlingame session at any time and be one of the founding members, until it sells out.

Boot Camp sessions are getting full! We are no longer accepting new clients for the 5:15 pm session at the Harbor location in Belmont (May 1st we will accept new clients at the new location) or the 6 am session at Burlingame Boot Camp.

In 3-6 months, we also hope to have a new Burlingame location where we can offer evening programs.
